Mid-Cities Stamp Club
Your Friendly North Texas Philatelic Organization

About the Mid-Cities Stamp Club

The Mid-Cities Stamp Club was founded in 1973 by Ray and Karen Cartier. It is now one of the largest and most active local stamp clubs in Texas. As of January 17, 2024, our membership stood at 104. The club hosts two meetings a month in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth area (one in Arlington, one in Flower Mound). Additionally, we have an affiliate club in Granbury, TX., which meets once a month. The club sponsors its' own annual show, known as the Mid-Cities EXPO. Held in the second weekend of November, the show has gained a national reputation as a collector-friendly stamp show and exhibition forum. Feel free to come and visit one of our monthly meetings. Open to stamp enthusiasts of all ages.

Arlington meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Bob Duncan Community Center, located at 2800 South Center Street in Vandergriff Park. Meetings start at 7:30pm but many members arrive early for trading and socializing. Following a brief business session, there is usually an auction or philatelic program.

Flower Mound meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month (no meeting in December) at 3020 Corporate Court, Suite 400, Flower Mound, TX 75028. The sign on the meeting room says Step Up Sports Medicine and the building is in a corporate park just east of the Texas Health Orthopedic Surgery Building in north Flower Mound. Corporate Court can be accessed from either Long Prairie Road (FM 2499) or College Parkway (via Corporate Drive). Meetings begin at 7:30 pm, with the room being available around 7:00 pm. The agenda is similar to the Arlington meetings (above).

Granbury meetings occur on the fourth Tuesday of the month, at the Bentwater Activities Center, located adjacent to the Bentwater Marina northeast of Granbury. Directions to Bentwater Activities Center.

Come to one of our meetings and get involved with the hobby of philately !
